The purpose of this site is get samples of my work out onto the web in the hopes it will help me get published. And due to the nature of the web it will likely also serve as an outlet for me to rant and rave, or simply make quirky observances. So in the end it will probably promote my writing and me.
Currently I am writing in my spare time, working on short stories and in the beginning stages of my first novel. This year has seen a lot of change for me. I got a story published, I created an ran the 2,996 project to memorialize the victims of 9/11, and, along with Jeni and her four kids, I moved from LA to Raleigh. It was her support and not-so-gentle prodding that got me to get off my ass and get this site up.
